New OK Gas Plant | Russell T. Rudy Energy LLC
“World Oil” reports that Asset Risk Management (ARM), in partnership with Highbridge Principal Strategies, will build gas gathering, gas processing and crude gathering facilities in the STACK area of Oklahoma. The Kingfisher Midstream project will provide infrastructure to area operators and support expanded production in Kingfisher, Blaine, Logan, Garfield and Canadian counties. Facilities are expected to cost $200 million.
The project will include 100 miles of gas gathering lines, 15,000 horsepower of compression, and a cryogenic gas processing plant with a capacity of 60 million cubic feet of gas per day. Kingfisher Midstream will also provide a crude gathering system with connections to Cushing, Oklahoma, truck loading facilities, and storage for 50,000 barrels.
ARM currently serves over 100 producers across the U. S., and the Kingfisher Midstream project already has commitments from operators in a 100,000 acre area. Gathering operations are scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of this year, and the cryogenic facility will start-up in the first quarter of 2016.
